1. Service
econf.ai is a conference platform operated by MB Profesionalūs audiovizualiniai sprendimai (į.k. 303469970), Lithuania. It provides event management, livestreaming, real-time AI translation, interactive Q&A, and post-event intelligence.
2. AI-powered features (EU AI Act disclosure)
- Real-time translation: speaker audio is translated to text using AI (Google Gemini). Translations are AI-generated and may contain errors. Transcripts are stored for post-event summaries and visualizations.
- Schedule extraction: AI-assisted — organizers must review before publishing.
- Summaries and insights: Q&A and session content may be processed by AI to generate post-event materials.
AI-generated content is labeled as such. No AI system makes autonomous decisions affecting your rights. Your data is not used to train AI models.
3. Acceptable use
Do not submit offensive or illegal content, disrupt events, scrape data, or impersonate others. We may remove content and restrict access for violations.
4. Content ownership
Content uploaded by organizers remains their property. Attendee Q&A submissions may appear during events and in post-event summaries. The platform itself is the property of MB Profesionalūs audiovizualiniai sprendimai (į.k. 303469970).
5. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. We are not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions caused by factors outside our control.

7. Governing law
Lithuanian law. Disputes resolved in Vilnius courts.
